We provide non-clinical, non-CQC regulated support services including companionship, floating support, hospital-to-home assistance, medication collection and delivery, and community transport (pending licensing). Our services do not constitute personal care, nursing care, or any regulated activity under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

By accessing our website at www.karkenhealthcare.co.uk or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Karken Healthcare Ltd provides the following non-clinical support services: companionship and social support, floating support, hospital-to-home transition assistance, medication collection and delivery, and community transport (pending licensing approval).

We do not provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting), medication administration, wound care, nursing care, clinical assessments, or any activity requiring CQC registration. We are not a medical or healthcare provider.

Community Transport is currently pending licensing and is not yet available for booking. We will update this page when the service becomes available.

Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over across the United Kingdom. Where services are arranged on behalf of a third party (for example, a family member arranging support for an elderly relative), the person making the arrangement confirms they have authority to do so.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where we reasonably believe it would not be appropriate or safe to provide them.

Service bookings can be made by telephone, email, or via our website contact form. A booking is confirmed only when we have sent written confirmation to you.

Pricing is provided on request and agreed in writing before services commence. We reserve the right to amend our pricing with reasonable notice.

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as set out in your service agreement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. You agree to treat our staff with respect and dignity at all times.

You must not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of them.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is kept up to date, including contact details and any relevant health or safety information that may affect service delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karken Healthcare Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
