We're not a nursing agency. We're not a care home. We're a team of vetted, trained support workers who help with the everyday practical things that make independence possible: collecting prescriptions, providing companionship, supporting recovery after surgery, and helping people navigate the systems that affect their lives.
We work across the United Kingdom because we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality, practical support at home. We know the local pharmacies, the GP surgeries, the housing associations, and the communities we serve. That local knowledge — wherever we operate — makes us faster, more effective, and more human than a distant national provider ever could be.

We provide non-personal, non-clinical support only — CQC registration is not applicable to our service model.
DBS Checks
All staff
Every member of our team holds a current Enhanced DBS certificate before working with clients.
Insurance
Fully insured
We hold comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Data Protection
UK GDPR compliant
Registered with the ICO. All client data handled securely and confidentially.
Community Transport
Pending licensing
Our community transport service is pending licensing approval and is not yet operational.

We do not provide personal care, medication administration, wound care, or any form of nursing or medical treatment. In a medical, mental health, or safeguarding emergency, always call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
