What We Offer

Our Services

Practical, non-clinical support designed around your life. All services are delivered by DBS-checked, trained staff across the United Kingdom.

Non-clinical services only. Non-clinical services only. Karken Healthcare Ltd does not provide personal care, medication administration, wound care, or nursing care. We are not CQC registered. In a medical emergency, always call 999.

Medication Delivery & MyMeds Reminders

Never miss a dose. Never make an unnecessary trip.

Managing medication can be stressful — especially when mobility is limited or life is busy. Our medication delivery service collects prescriptions from your local pharmacy and delivers them safely to your door. Combined with our MyMeds reminder service, we help you stay on track with your medication schedule without relying on family members or making difficult journeys.

What's Included

  • Prescription collection from local pharmacies
  • Safe, secure home delivery
  • MyMeds reminder calls or visits
  • Liaison with pharmacy on your behalf
  • Suitable for elderly clients, post-op recovery, and those with mobility challenges

Who It's For

Ideal for older adults, people recovering from surgery, or anyone who struggles to collect prescriptions independently.

Please Note

We do not administer medication. This is a delivery and reminder service only.

Companionship & Practical Support

Friendly, consistent support — in your home and in your community.

Loneliness and isolation have a real impact on health and wellbeing. Our companionship service provides regular, friendly visits from a vetted, DBS-checked support worker. Whether you need someone to chat with, help with light domestic tasks, or support to access your local community, we match you with the right person and build a consistent relationship over time.

What's Included

  • Regular companionship visits
  • Light domestic support (tidying, laundry, shopping)
  • Accompanied community access (appointments, social activities)
  • Welfare check visits
  • Consistent, matched support worker

Who It's For

Suitable for older adults, people with learning disabilities, those experiencing social isolation, or anyone who would benefit from regular, friendly support.

Please Note

We do not provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting). For personal care needs, please speak to your GP or local authority.

Post-Op Recovery Companion Support

Practical help at home while you recover.

Coming home after surgery or a hospital stay can be daunting — especially if you live alone or your family cannot always be there. Our post-op recovery support provides non-clinical, practical help during the recovery period: collecting prescriptions, preparing light meals, accompanying you to follow-up appointments, and simply being there so you don't have to manage alone.

What's Included

  • Prescription and medication delivery during recovery
  • Light meal preparation and household support
  • Accompanied follow-up appointments
  • Welfare check visits
  • Liaison with family members (with consent)
  • Flexible short-term or extended support packages

Who It's For

Ideal for people returning home after planned or emergency surgery, hospital discharge, or a period of illness.

Please Note

We do not provide wound care, clinical monitoring, or nursing support. If you require clinical post-operative care, please speak to your hospital discharge team or GP.

Floating Support & Independence Coaching

Building confidence, skills, and stability — at your pace.

Floating support is short-to-medium-term, flexible help designed to build your independence rather than create dependency. We work with individuals who need practical support to maintain their tenancy, manage day-to-day life, develop life skills, or navigate systems like benefits, housing, or healthcare. Our goal is always to help you need us less over time.

What's Included

  • Tenancy sustainment support
  • Life skills coaching (budgeting, cooking, routines)
  • Benefits and housing system navigation
  • Signposting to local services and community resources
  • Support planning and goal setting
  • Crisis prevention and early intervention

Who It's For

Suitable for adults with learning disabilities, those leaving supported accommodation, people at risk of tenancy breakdown, or anyone needing structured support to build independence.

Please Note

We are not a mental health crisis service. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or call 999.
